About this guide
A simple guide to free meals in Winnipeg
Free Meals in Winnipeg is a practical directory for finding free community meals and food pickups around the city. It is an information guide, not a meal provider or emergency service.
The starting listings are compiled from local guides and public information. Each listing shows a last-checked label when available. That date records an editorial review; it is not live confirmation that a meal is still available.
Schedules, addresses, eligibility, and service requirements can change. Check the listing details and confirm with the service before travelling. This guide is not formally affiliated with or endorsed by the organizations and venues it mentions.
Community sources
Winnipeg Outreach Network, Winnipeg Public Library, and DCSP helped inform the initial venue list. A source link is shown on an individual listing when one has been recorded.
To suggest a schedule correction, email [email protected] with the venue, the detail that changed, and a source link if you have one. Corrections are reviewed before they change the shared starting list.
Edits made with the directory are saved only on your device. They do not update the shared list for other visitors.
